If you are a property manager, lender, home insurance provider, real estate agent, utility service provider, or any other party that serves homeowners/rental property investors as your primary clientele – we can help you grow your business with exposure and direct leads. We provide three levels of engagement, available for purchase in a variety of durations found below:

1. Direct Partnership – As a direct partner, each time a user requests a quote for a specific property, we will share their contact information and specific home query with you – to which we request that you contact them with an estimate of the cost of your service (i.e. property management, insurance, lending, etc.) for the corresponding property. We ask that you observe fair sales practices in these interactions and advise the potential investor appropriately to help them come to an informed decision. Through these brokered introductions, you may bring in new customers.

2. Brand Partnership – As an official brand partner, we will help you grow your exposure to real estate investors by citing your support for this tool throughout our website, in email reports requested by users, and in our quarterly newsletter. We will provide a link to your site, your company’s phone number or email, and the type of service you provide as well as a statement regarding the critical role the support of our sponsors plays in making this tool accessible for all investors.

3. Premier Partnership – As a premier partner, you will receive the benefits of both the previously mentioned engagements, and you will be directly credited across our social media accounts for your support of our tool.
